Gina has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years.  Gina feels strongly that her business is not just about the sale of a property, but about a community of genuine people looking out for one another, especially when making one of the biggest financial decisions in their lives. She wants her customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. 

"Greetings!  I am a 3rd generation real estate agent and I started in the business in the year 2000.  Being raised in the real estate business, I hold onto the core values that made this business great and I can give the personal attention my clients respect, using the powerful tools of today. 

I was born and raised in Nebraska and I am happily married with three daughters. I have an Associate’s Degree in Science with an emphasis in Business and Accounting. I was a professional picture framer/ art designer at various art galleries in the metro, for about 10 years. I have worked closely with the interior decorating and the staging field for many years, which gives me an edge when it comes to the “art of rearrangement” when selling properties. Whether you are buying your first home or selling your third, I am dedicated to assist you in every step of the way. I specialize in residential properties. I have an extensive background in spotting the good and poor qualities when buying a home that many may overlook. 

I have clients and other peers in the field that contact me for advice, not only for my knowledge in the real estate business, but as well as for my mechanical knowledge. I have a high understanding of the working components, that make up the construction of a home. I have had the privilege of owning 4 homes over the years, buying my first at 18 years old. I have gained so much just in these experiences, that helping others learn how to properly maintain a home, comes as second nature. I can spot the issues in homes that many overlook. I have detected many cover ups with water intrusion in basements, to plumbing issues that have been doctored or disguised as properly functioning before even getting to the home inspection.   

Growing up in a family filled with people who have had life long careers in the skilled trades as well as sales, has instilled some of the best qualities I think in my career and personality. I've had grandfathers, fathers, uncles, cousins and my husband in plumbing, bricklaying, electrical, carpentry and so on. The lessons learned in what to look for in homes, from foundation issues, poor drainage, improper grading, plumbing problems and even the endless shop talk is a value in itself. I share that valuable knowledge in educating others, in every home I step foot in. I have worn many hats over the years and I am not afraid to get dirty or even crawl into creepy places.
