Theda Hartin was one of the original owners of Success 100 Real Estate, that opened in Bellevue in 1984. Theda worked as a waitress for many years and understood the struggles of those that yearned to own their own homes. She often said "Every hard working person should be able to own their own home, no matter the size ". She began her career after her last child left the family home in 1974. With very few female Realtors® in the Omaha Metro area, she worked hard to make herself a place, in the once male dominated field. She was highly respected by other professionals in the field and was honored to assist all buyers of any income level and generated most of her business by referrals.
She ran a successful business until her retirement.

I was born and raised in Nebraska and I am happily married with three daughters. I have an Associate’s Degree in Science with an emphasis in Business and Accounting. I was a picture framer/ art designer at various art galleries in the metro, for about 10 years. I have worked closely with the interior decorating and the staging field for many years, which gives me an edge when it comes to the “art of rearrangement” when selling properties. Whether you are buying your first home or selling your third, I am dedicated to assist you in every step of the way. I specialize in residential properties. I have an extensive background in spotting the good and poor qualities when buying a home that many may overlook.

Her mother was Theda Hartin, one of the original owners of Success 100 Real Estate and that is where she began her career. Roni did the company bookkeeping and assisted with property management accounting throughout the years. Roni managed Theda's estate once she passed and her investment portfolio.
Roni for the last few years has assisted her daughter Gina Todero with transaction coordination and bookkeeping.
